We are Troop 854, an active boy-led troop with the Boy Scouts of America hailing from Canton, MI. If you are local to Canton, interested in Scouting, love the outdoors, and want to join the next adventure, then welcome home! Scouting prepares youth by teaching them various life-skills while helping them face adversity and grow in confidence.

Citizenship
Scouting is focused on giving back to others. Our Scout Oath and Law outline a life of service to God and Country, while helping others at all times.

Leadership
Scouting teaches strong leadership skills. Scouts learn techniques like the EDGE method to Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, and Enable their fellow scouts.

Friendship
Scouting is a brotherhood where you will have the opportunity to establish great friendships, build relationships, and create life-long memories!
