Organization

Every BSA Troop must fill essential adult leadership roles.  These adult leaders are volunteers that manage relationships with our charter organization, counsel, and district.  They oversee financial aspects of the organization and act as mentors and guides to the youth leadership that ultimately run the troop.  Troop 854 is very grateful for these volunteers.  Without their support our troop would not be able to operate.
